Project descriptions, photographs, timelines, and any cost or scope information shown here are illustrative examples of past work. They are not an offer, a bid, or a guarantee of price, schedule, or outcome on your project. Every property is different. A binding scope and price only exists in a written contract signed by both you and GW Construction.
The same applies to anything we publish about SB 326 and SB 721. Our articles explain how the law generally works and what we see in the field. They are not legal advice, and they don't replace an inspection by a qualified professional or advice from your own attorney.
You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not copy our photography or written content for commercial use, attempt to interfere with the site's operation, use it to send unlawful or misleading messages, or scrape it in a way that burdens our hosting.
The photographs, project write-ups, articles, logos and page designs on this site belong to GW Construction or are used with permission. Project photography shows our own work. Please ask before reusing any of it.
